is there any way hints,or guidance from anyone that how do you start to program.
I mean which language or basics do i have to learn first in order to start programming???

Start off with "Hello World", that's what most people do.
Then continue on... with what you want to do, like making a mini browser?
den search the api needed e.t.c... that's how you start learning!

C++ is probably for gaming. if you really want to learn basic,(like what i am learning now), suggest visual basic. my school is teaching that

Dude what you mean by C++ is for gaming? you can do anything with C++.
Only the C++ Game Development is for gaming.
