[KMS] Adventural "Re-Blanace" Part 2

Affected classes:
1. Wizard Skills
- Fire Arrow skill animation will be changed as the character is leveling.
- Thunderbolt range has been improved.
2. Arch Mage Skills
- Meteor MP cost is reduced. (3500 MP to 2900 MP)
- Blizzard MP cost is reduced. (3500 MP to 2900 MP)
3. Bandit Skills
- Steal can now hit multiple monsters and damage is improved. Also, up to 4 sec of stun effect has been added.
- Steal and hit animation has been changed.
4. Page Skills
- Threaten skill can now affect multiple monsters' weap and def by %. Also, up to 8 sec it can now decrease monsters' accuracy(blind).
5. Knight Skills
- Flame Charge damage has been improved. (140% now)
- Fire Charge damage has been improved. (140% now)
- Thunder Charge and Lighting Charge has been changed to stack with other charges(Fire, Ice, Holy) at the same time.
- Charge Blow: Range increased to 180 from 150. Stun duration increased from 4 to 6
6. Paladin Skills
- Blast damage has been improved. (580% now)
- Holy Charge damage has been improved. (150% now)
- Divine Charge damage has been improved. (150% now)
7. Dark Knight Skills
- Beholder's buff can now determine whether each users' pre-applied buff is better than beholders or not in order to avoid canceling pre-applied buffs if they are better than be holder's. However, if beholder's buff is better than the pre-applied buffs, the pre-applied buffs will be canceled and change to beholder's buff.
8. Warrior's 4th Job Skill
- Rush's damage and range has been improved.
Heroes: Damage increased by 10%. Range increased by 20 pixels horizontally.
Paladins: Damage increased from 130% to 140%. Range increased by 20 pixels horizontally.
Dark Knights: Damage increased from 130% to 140%. Range increased by 20 pixels horizontally.
