MapleSEA launch problem

When opened successfully maplestory, it auto closed for no reason.....

Windows xp, even after formating/changing harddisk, it still has the same problem.
No error message

Yes, if this helps, my computer's regedit and taskmgr are both disabled.
Even after i used a software to enable task, after a while it is disabled
