i using window 7 and i can't use it but when i use in vista and xp it work o.O why window 7 cannot?

hi anyone managed to get it to work on Windows XP can share the steps? I tried and it injected successfully but seems like only normal attack, no double or triple swing. Also the delay change from 1 to 10000 also no difference not sure why. Assign the attack key to Ctrl key right?
