Just Asking since my friend don't know what weird reason saying he don't like Spicy Food since make him go POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP in the toilet every few mins about 5 times

IMO, I think spicy food isn't bad for our health, on the good side spicy food increases our metabolism rate which in a way is good for those who wants to slim down However on a closing note, eat everything in moderation.
