and the tele range u can put 10000 but will ban u instantly . a/b 3 days .

if u want to play safely i suggest u put 150 - 300 (300 range is quite dangerous)

mpCon 0 means :

if yr mana reached 0 u still can use that skill . if i am not wron ths will onyl work on buff / tele / flash jump / soul rush and combat step. not very sure abt Buffs.
