Heres another pvac combined with the rest, this pvac is in Malaysia : Muddy Banks 1
And believe me you can farm gold very fast there, if you can kill hem fast enough. You can get 400k in about 10 minutes if you are lucky. The drop rate must be quite high, I got a full set of bowman, pirate, magician and thief eq which I sold away to NPC to get quick mesos so you can get some fast killers there and get eq for your bowman/thief/magician/pirate!!!! The eqs are all lvl 50+ so sell at NPCs can get at least 85k each.
O and one thing, do not try to go against the vac, it is a left vac so if you feel as if your character is going quite slow please jump onto a ledge or something or you will D/C. There are platforms at the side where you can kill the monsters.

Edits: There are alot of edits anyway can someone tell me in the comments is pan lid rare? I heard they are worth millions in GMS. I got one in this map...
