You need to get a proxy.
Malaysia socks 5 proxy if you can get one.
Singapore Proxy will be harder to get.
You can try ipfree.cn to get proxy.

means you connect to a server in malaysia or singapore and that server connects to maplesea.

you need to connect to a server which lent you a IP which is able to connect to the server.
You need a Singapore/Malaysia VPN/Proxy.

Base on the IP you register on Xemectrum, it shows that you are using Starhub Cable Vision.
You should be able to play MapleSEA with Starhub cable Vision without any issue during your stay in Singapore.

After you have return to taiwan, you need a VPN to have a Singapore IP.
You can try http://www.morevpn.com/solutions.html
That is the only Singapore VPN which i can find.
