Releasing pendant exploit NID HELP!!

I have made spirt pedant to 200x exp .But i need a guide on how to make a patcher.
Can someone kindly teach me so that i could release it?

it is client sided so it fake lol...

it was cs.. the exp wont raise high as the real exp bar raised each exp u get?
