Stat your problem clearly.

Run as admin in Vista or 7 OS and TURN OFF your Numlock.

My experience, when using keydown and keyup commands, focus your Maplestory as your main window. Do not do other stuff when you botting.

Focus means your Maple should be in priority.
Don't chat in MSN while botting.
