i dun think its possible...cos the server decide wad u get i think...
but i dunno why i cant open character.wz using harepacker

how to make ur char stronger...
method 1:
use current event to ur advantage...get the 15%earing int and 15%gfa...try scrolling...take and sell if u scrolled something gd..den buy gd equips with money u earn...
method 2:
normal training would help...
method 3:
i think hacking server will make ur char strong...but it might also cause undesired consequences...
