Clever one you are, putting small text right below big text when the big text obviously attracts a lot of attention, creating a lot of contrast between texts, which thus causes the smaller text(in this case the warning/advice) to appear nearly invisible to viewers who have slight deficiency in reading(happens a lot, especially at night. or midnight), how would you expect readers to clearly notice a warning which doesn't at all appear as a warning?

This is what happens when instructions are not read and you start to scold others for not making them clear. Instructions are meant to be read even if the texts do not attract attention. If texts are small you just have to pay more attention to it and read it properly.
