.net framework is a base structure for this application so this application needs it when everyone launch

Hey. How come this doesnt work on my 64bit com but works on my 32bit com ? My 64bit com tells me its not a vaild win32 application or smth

i cant load anything in Harepacker 3.5...
my pc was installed with .NET Framework 2.0 service pack 2
then was updated to .NET Framework 3.0 service pack 2
and then updated to .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
pc is xp thou~~
