Is vac hack still available in GS?

Hi, I jus wanna ask if vac hacks are still available in GS, coz today i saw a hacker in gs2 vac hacking, but only the bottom lane..wonder hw he did it.
If the vac hack is available, can i request to hav a tutorial on hw to make it? Don flame me pls..><

I think its private. I saw a vac hacker at ossyria too. botting at top left corner of map. Amazing sight. Probably non-dc dupex, which hasn't been released for a long time i guess.

vac hack is still available even in public too...but the problem is
u dont have a bypass so they don release it here
