Unless if you use it in the wrong way and the owner of the IC num wanna press charge on you then maybe you can go jail or get fine.

But if you need an NRIC to register for the asiasoft passport, all you have to do is choose countries other than singapore and you can anyhow key in any NRIC and they will accept.
