Hello. I am a Dota player. I think that this community that never stops discussing should start playing Dota Allstars, Defense of the Ancients, instead of just MapleSea. So anyone who plays dota, or is interested in dota, please post your guides for your heros or favourite heroes, so that we can share ideas, strategies or whatever.

Epic Random-
My play for Phantom Lancer:
These items are what i use when i play Phantom Lancer in 5 v 5 matches.

Start with:
2 slippers
2 branches
1 healing salve ( to last harassing from enemies)
1 tango ( to last harassing from enemies)


If getting pwned in your lane:
ask for a ranged hero ally
or just buy a boots ( yippee you can run back to your base for healing faster ) joking please do not take it seriously
buy bracers.


What I buy between early game and mid game (lvl 5-7):
2 (+6 agilities + 3 str +3 int) items..... i forgot the name of the item.
1 poorman shield (for blocking and staying in lane longer)
1 boots of speed


Mid game (lvl 8-12):
Either:
1. Start saving up for Radiance or
2. buy vladmirs' or Diffusal blade


Late Game:
I dunno. Heart?


skill build:

1. spirit lance
2.doppelwalk
3.doppelwalk (doppelwalk for better survivability since it has lesser mana cost with higher lvls)
4. spirit lance( based on lvl 3)

lololol.. a STANDARD item build in dota would be pretty pointless..it all depends on who is your opponent and then decide which item to buy
for example if opponent all int/nukers, buy hood
if opponent all disables bkb (mostly for carries/channelling spell casters)
