Need help on what might happen

i recently tried to login maple after a week of rest. when i tried at the login page, they say i have been on suspension then check email for what might caused it. i checkalr. no mail no nth. try login asiasoft pass. they say acc restricted. so is this permanent ban? or 30 days suspension? or sort of thing?
