possible repeat quest?

Some quest can redo after 24hours,is there posible to change the repeatable quest time frame? or can we change the quest item quantity? maybe like need 1 piece instead of 100 piece then enuf? im trying edit wz file..seem not working..anyone try b4? if yes please give some clue. thanks

erm...regarding ur question,wz editing almost die liao..and it's impossible to edit the quantity
such as increasing..some people here trying to sell the 1 meso sword for 2 bil..
but its client-sided
