Character.wz > 000020.img > comboSmash/doubleSwing > this is the part where I got stuck

Which should I choose from 0-7? Do I have to change all they delays to 1?

i googled it alrdy, still cannot find the tuts for making low delay, not tt i dun1 to learnm i srsly cannot find any tuts, jus giv mi 1 of the links and i am willing to learn .^^
cos this hack tt i downloaded dcs quite often, i wan to chg the delay so tt it won't dc often or might even not dc.
