Packet Editting

Hey Guys i really hope you could teach me pe as i only know how to do simple wz edit in maple...any idea what is the use of packet edit?? U could send me a email at limwenxin@ymail.com if you are willing to teach me how to pe.... THANKS!

wanna play with PE? you need a bypass.
