the simple bot.dll..then put to maplestory process..is it the right way to do it?

Sorry to trouble you but i need help

When i try to open the file an error would come out and it says
"To run this application, you must first install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v4.0.30319
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework.

Search the .Net Framework 4 and download it.
