//********Steps on getting the MapleSea IDs********//
1. Execute Harepacker. Then go to File -> Load. Select and open String.wz inside your MapleStory folder.
2. After that, expand String.wz. Single-click on the img file you want to get IDs with (no need to double-click) to make sure that it's selected/highlighted.
Example: I want to get a list of Skill IDs, so I single-click on Skill.img.
3. Go to XML -> Dump. Then press the Dump button directly without needing to change anything.
4. Done. Your dumped files are inside a folder called XML_Dumps, and should be located inside your MapleStory folder or inside the HaRepacker folder. Those files are named "xxxx.img", where "xxxx" is the name.
Example: I want to get a list of Mob IDs, so I dump the Mob.img. The dumped file is named Mob.img, and can be found inside a folder called XML_Dumps inside the MapleStory folder or HaRepacker folder.
//*********How to Read the Files**********//
1. The dumped files are of type XML, which can be opened and edited by various programs.
2. To read the IDs inside those XML files, right-click on them, and choose Open with, then choose Microsoft Excel.
3. Done. Note that Microsoft Excel is optional, you can simply open them with Notepad, but Excel can be a lot tidier compare to Notepad.
4. To find something's ID, for example Mushmom's ID, press Ctrl + F, type in "Mushmom", and press Enter. You should see its ID somewhere near to its name.
