Question About Pharaoh's Treasure Chest

why i cant get any scroll in Pharaoh's Treasure Chest ? izit tat "cool" will affect the rate to get scroll or item? someone tell me pls :D

then PYPQ wz Edit got affect ? :? coz i cant get any belt / scroll ...it almost 500 boxes

The chances are slim, sometimes I open 1k boxes oso no get, but sometimes less than 50 get alot.
