Uh not just technical.
Even those who from express stream or normal academic stream who fails, will get kick to ite too.
And normal academic have a choice to go sec 5 to take 'O' level , or go to ite O_O.

Pass English (MUST)
Pass Math (MUST i think)

yea , since this year is the new way to go sec 5.
Need EMB3.

english & maths and 3 other subjects.
And need 19 points.
I think this year alot people go ite.
Cause very hard to get 5 and 19
