[help] wat happened on my login

hi guys, do u overcome a scene that when trying to login with id and password, the client automatic terminated after the "Login" pressed..without any message poped....
it only happened on the Malaysia server, becaue i tried use the same ID login into Singapore server, it has no problem..
and i tried use other ID to login malaysia server, has no problem too...

please help>,< while waiting 11am for the online customer service..T_T
