This is the simplest of all DDOS attacks. I'm warning you, this is illegal, and I'm telling you this for educational purposes only

open cmd, type
(i'm using an example IP address)


PING 1.23.45.67

this will send 32 bytes of data

If you want to "customize" it, type (again, this is an example)

PING 1.23.45.67 -t -l 15000

this will send 15000 bytes of data.

I don't think DDOS attacks work on modern computers now... but if I'm not wrong you can bring down a windows 98/ME computer easily like that.
