Help! Virus hacking_tool problem !!

Is there anyway to solve this problem?
It says that Virus hacking_tool module loading has failed.It could be due to the lack of memory or infected by virus , or something lidat , this is a screenshot of it

1. Run regedit
2. Go to \HKEY_LOCAL\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\
3. Right click EagleNT
4. Select Permission.
5. Click Add.
6. Click Advanced.
7. Click Find Now.
8. Select Everyone
9. Click OK.
10. Set Permission for "Everyone".
11. Select Deny for Full Control
12. Click OK
13. Restart
14. You are done

Thanks iSean i remebered last time when boredness told us that disable that thing will work but then all the settings u told me have been done last time . So is there anyway to solve it? cause i really wanna play maple alot lols
