Mine is nvidia 9600
It uses Sapphire RadeonHD 4850 512MB GDDR3 DX10.1 + RadeonHD3300(AMD 790GX chipset IGP)
On my old Pentium 4 2.6GHz HT, it uses Sapphire Radeon 9600.
My Sapphire RadeonHD 4850 can play full HD x264 video and the CPU load like 0-3% only(4 CPU @ 0.8GHz).
My Pentium 4 2.6GHz play the same video, it lag like mad. Slow motion some more.

Cool!!!
Ya some old comp once you upgrade it won't work that well
Mine is abit old but useable after some upgrade,
Here's the spec:
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3500+ 2.21GHz,
4GB ram,
Gefoce 6900 64-Bit Texture Filtering and Blending
1GB-128MB DDR3 256-bit Support
Core 350Mhz~Half-Ghz
soon gonna get new comp, still thinking on what to buy..

It works well but you must have fast RAM and strong CPU.
Without that you will get a very bad lag.

i mean how fast must it be? xD

Re: [GPU] ATi Stream Technology
You need at lease DDR2/DDR3 800MHz Dual Channel and a Triple Core or a high end Dual Core like C2D 8400 or Phenom II x2 550.
If you are getting windows 7, get a CPU support virtualization. Once you have those, you will have the best Windows 7 experience.
GPU get one which support UVD technology as it will provide 0% CPU usage when playing x264,h264,wmv,MPEG 1/2 and BluRay video.
