I hate this!!!!!!! HaRepacker error in Windows 7 & .Net 4b2

If you can help me, welcome. So I can continue researching for new hacks.

I`m using the .NET Framework 4 Beta 2 because there`s some error installing version 3.5.1.
I`m trying to redownload it.

And, I have C# but it gives error when running: Unable to find manifest......certificate. (Source of Harepacker 3.0)

Now I removed .net framework 4 from my comp and enabled 3.5.1 from the control panel, but still fails. Anyone can help????

*2GB DDR2 RAM
*.NET Framework 3.5.1
*DirectX 10
*All library files needed by HaRepacker.

But......HaRepacker gave me this:
application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b).

window 7 not so good cause it block alot program but it is faster is true

windows 7 is high compability with .net applications...
and windows XP* is running .net framework on compability mode.
(right?)
