[HELP] HaRePacker~!!

Hi.
I have this problem whenever i try to open my HaRepacker -

"To run this application, you must first install one of the following .NET FrameWork :
v2.0.50727
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework"

Any help?I can't seem to download that version of .NET Framework.

=.= this is very easy. Mine is worst: Windows 7`s .NET FW 3.5.1 is a component on it, but I cant open it.

Your problem solution: Download .NET Framework 3.5.1 From Microsoft.com (Google it)

Might be your Computer seller sold you a Upgraded Win 7 Computer from Win XP / Vista

=.= no, i formatted and reinstalled a clean version of Windows 7.

I realize how old this is, but the newest one is doing this as well. I've installed the 4.0 framework, yet it still doesn't work.
