where is a twms hack forum (english)

i play twms now but i don't have hacks.
is there any forum that is English and have hacks for twms v1.09?

Nope...
Only Traditional Chinese which Taiwanese Used.
Not sure why Taiwan don't follow China use Simplified Chinese.
