Im just asking a Yes or No question. Is there a PVAC or anyother vac for low levels? like 10-30?. If yes i will find it myself..If no i will make it myself..Thank you. I am not begging.

Got BOF working..Need to create a character..I almost forgot haha..Anyways where are the low level spot to train at..I want to stay in vic..
