Use mine for better UI. Use 3.5 for Copy/Paste property function. Remember, Choose "BMS" on HaRepacker. Mine no need^^ "MapleSEA"

i cant seem to understand y i cant open HaRepacker...
everytime i double click it, (HaRepacker.exe - Application Error) always pops out..
its written inside "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."
what does it exactly means? argh i cant open it! if any1 can explain why?
same goes to RRepacker..
