Can anyone teach me how to edit the teleport distance?

did you DOUBLE-CLICK skill.wz in attempt to open it? If so i've gt nothing to say

open harepacker, open skill.wz, find your job id, find tele skill, open the level tab, find the level u wanna edit, click on range, edit to your peference.
but dun edit more than 150, will auto-ban.
