find teleport in skill.wz and edit its range

i press the skill of maple... but it say u need sth to open it? What i need to open it?

open harepacker, open skill.wz, find your job id, find tele skill, open the level tab, find the level u wanna edit, click on range, edit to your peference.
but dun edit more than 150, will auto-ban.
its good to see ppl trying to learn, but please see the tutorial posts at the download section before posting a new thread.

i thought when u max tele the range is 150?
