Its simple. See the guys IGN Dual... on the middle right of the screen. It looks as if he walked outside the maps parameters. These people are able to set up shops using this method with their shop title half seen.

sry this is my best , if i make bigger , it would be blured i use maple ss de dunno y like that . btw that dualspot store which is the hacker store seems to know me , see the chat . he said malcolm1 (currently my xemectrum acc ) , ni de pic resolution hen lan kan bu dao dong xi , hai hao ... den he still say mei you ren hui zhi dao how he open the store that spot , apprently , that hacker named dualspot also has account in xemectrum. can any 1 tell me how he do that?
