[help]program testing

is there anyway to test out comp destruction programs/viruses without using other people's comp or damaging my own? i cant test it on others comp anymore cause i have already been charged once under computer misuse act so i need some other alternative right now =.= is there any way about that? :

edit: 1 more question. just wondering theres some cisco exam thingy which i heard of which u can take at any age whats the full name of it? cause i wanna start studying for it and plan to take the exam next year. it would be good if u can also provide a general critiral/syllabus for the things tested if its convenient. if it troubles u, could u just give me the exam name so i can google it myself.

Cisco have CCNA,CCNP,CCIE.

CCNA Exam cost about $280 dollars. 50% discount if you pass the online test.
Each cert only last 3yr. Once expire, you need to retake or take a higher level cert to upgrade the old 1.


eg.
CCNA pass.
3 yrs later CCNA expire, take CCNP exam, if pass, CCNA + CCNP will be awarded.
