why so little threads?

I have received inside information from an unknown source, boredness is getting unhappy about the lack of topics created. According to him, on average, every 1 thread will created will have 10 posts, including the help section. Without it, there is on average 20 post per thread. Thus, I have decided to alleviate this problem by creating 2 threads, including this one. I would appreciate it if nobody replies to this and create more threads instead.

Member must post 10 times to get to see the download link
Then if they never login for few days to post, they will get auto msg by admin/mod saying that,
user that has not post for a few days will not able to see download links from forum,
in-order to download files again he have to pots 10times again...

If there's a way to make like this then it's good make ppl to post in this forum more
But if they spam post then sayonara to them...
