need help in making JQ Godmode

I followed this instructions:
1. Open map.wz with deMSwZ
2. Untick everything except the lil' down left corner box
3. Type "damage" with a value of "0"
4. Process All, save

So when i was at the processing all stage ,during the end i will get the message : out of memory
What should i do?
