yeah, you just have to know how to sleep without getting caught, either that or only sleep during lessons which teachers will not care. I am an expert on that XD

one method I sleep is put the elbow on the table, then the lower arms bend up, use palm to support head, preferably the cheeks or the forehead. Although hand might pain, teacher will rarely see that you are sleeping in this position.
